Once your buyer receives your package, their gadget inspector makes sure that your device condition and model match what you described in your order. The buyer could send you a revised offer (requote) if:

• The item received is in different condition (better or worse) than indicated in the original offer
• The device received is a model that is worth less or more than the device indicated in the original offer

NOTE: If you receive a requote notification, you must respond to it within seven (7) days. You'll have the option to accept the revised offer and be paid right away, or decline the offer and have your item returned to you. If you don't respond within 7 days, the revised offer will automatically be accepted and your order will be finalized.
