I already shipped my device, so why did I get an email reminding me to ship it?

You can ignore that email! The reason you received it after mailing your device is because the email was sent while your package was in transit and hadn't been received yet. You'll get an email notification as soon as your device is received.

You can also get a snapshot of your order status HERE at any time throughout the process.
