It depends on the device you're selling. For some devices, such as phones, buyers do not want you to send in any accessories, such as a charger, owner's manual, protective case or the original box. But if you're selling a tablet, Apple Watch, Video Game Console, Camera, iPad or Macbook, you are required to mail in the charger.
