How do I know what condition to choose for my device?

It is very important to choose the correct condition of your device so that the buyer knows exactly what to expect when receiving your item in the mail. Selecting the correct condition means you'll get paid faster too. Here are the criteria for determining your device's condition:

Flawless:

  • appears to be new out of the box or still in its original package
  • has absolutely no scratches, scuffs or other marks
  • is fully functional, including all buttons and ports
  • if it is a cellular device, the IMEI / ESN must be clear for activation by a new user

Good:

  • powers on and holds charge
  • is fully functional, including all buttons and ports
  • has no cracks on the screen or body or damage on the LCD / OLED screen
  • if it is a cellular device, the IMEI / ESN must be clear for activation by a new user

Damaged:

  • does not power on or hold a charge
  • it has a damaged LCD / OLED screen (discoloration, dead pixels, tinted hue, etc) it has a cracked screen or body
  • it is not 100% functional
  • it has water damage
NOTE: If your device is cracked in half, bent or missing parts, it may be subject to a revised offer.
 
Lost, stolen, or software locked devices are NOT accepted.  Please make sure to remove your iCloud, Android, Samsung, or Google account prior to mailing in your device.
